The staff were genuinely friendly, rooms had no odor and were very clean. The only thing missing was a fan in the room, since the weather was a bit warm. Breakfast was a buffet, but it definitely needs a lot of improvement.

A very good hotel with good service. Very centrally located, everything is within walking distance.

A very good hotel with good service. Extremely central, right in Naran – the centre and the bazaar are within walking distance. The jeeps for all excursions are also right outside the hotel. Definitely recommended.

Ambiance, Desi food, staff behaviour. Crockery (the edges were broken) – dirty washroom mats – the provided hygiene kit was for one person only while there were 3 persons in the room. TV channel signals were very weak and blurry. Dirty sofas in the hotel lobby. The room space seems congested for three persons.
