Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room and pool were good, but the entire first floor and the area outside the building were under construction or painting. I understand it had to be done, yet I would have liked the option to cancel and rebook elsewhere promptly with a full refund.

The location was nice for me, although the place is under renovation; that’s fine, it will look great once finished.

The beds were nice, but the building was under construction, the breakfast was weak, and the rooms were small.

The notice mentioned some construction, but it turned out to be a full remodel and a hazardous construction zone. As a wheelchair user, I had to watch carefully where I stepped to avoid tripping. The room was nice but too small, and the price seemed too high. We were traveling and exhausted; if I could, I would have chosen another hotel.

I was shocked to discover that the entire first floor had been gutted—no one mentioned it before we arrived, which was really upsetting.
