Finding the hotel was easy, but the smell of mold and wetness in the bathroom was off. The toilet had a sewage odor, and I had to switch rooms because the TV wouldn’t work. No breakfast was set up the second morning, so I went out and found a Denny’s where I spent 40 dollars on two plates. I was told the overnight person had gone to sleep in their car, which is why breakfast was delayed over an hour and a half. I left a sign for maid service, but nothing was done. I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and new towels.

The sheets and comforter still had makeup and food stains from the previous guest, so I had to request an entirely new set. It was obvious the bed hadn’t been turned over. The microwave was littered with food particles and carried a strong odor from earlier meals. The curtains in my room’s window were torn and held together with safety pins. I found a waterbug and a roach in the laundry/ice area, and there was mildew inside the ice tray. The hotel was extremely gross.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room stayed cool throughout my stay. I’ll definitely book again when I return.
