The accommodation is beautiful, quiet, on a hill in the jungle, and has a really lovely, lovingly tended garden with birds, owls, and chipmunks. We enjoyed the evening meditation and a very tasty local breakfast.

I was so thrilled I ended up staying an extra night. The two yoga sessions were traditional hatha, led with clear explanations that taught me a lot. Breakfast was extravagant, and the staff—especially the person in charge—was incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging dinner on request, giving travel info, and generally being lovely and huge. I hope he gets a day off now and then because he goes above and beyond and is available all day. The location is a bit tricky for tuk‑tuk drivers to find; there’s a similarly named Kandy Eco Lodge in town where I was dropped off, then had to hire another driver to get to the right one. You can also walk to places if you’re willing to trek 30‑40 minutes. I’m sad to leave, and if I had more time in the country I’d stay a couple more days. Bring mosquito spray!

The food, yoga, meditation, and Sativc cookery demo were all great. Nothing to complain about.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were super helpful. They even offered free tea, which tasted amazing! It’s a bit far from the city center, but a tuk‑tuk is very easy to get.

The caretaker (I forgot his name) was very kind. We ended the stay after one day. The accommodation is off Kandy, which we knew beforehand, but there was nobody else there. We weren’t greeted very nicely and the place with supposed yoga and cooking classes felt more like a ghost town.
