“Disappointing”
The hotel itself, its facilities, and everything it offers were great. Service was excellent and the location was perfect. The common areas were beautiful and breakfast was really good. Unfortunately, our room fell short of a five‑star standard. We booked a “King Room,” but the corridor near our room was dirty, the walls were in bad condition, and overall the cleanliness didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s beauty. The stark contrast between the public spaces and our room felt like the less impressive parts were hidden behind the gorgeous common areas.
