“Estancia súper recomendada para familias”
The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff attention were all great. They were attentive upon arrival, kept our luggage after checkout, and the breakfast was complete.

“Si può fare meglio”
The spot near the southern terminus of the yellow metro, Rato, is a real plus. The room, tucked in a kind of loft with exposed beams, didn’t feel very comfortable or airy, and without an elevator it was a real hassle to haul the trolley up. Looking at some bathroom fixtures and the lack of a bedside table—just a plain chair would have helped—made me feel the place is a bit neglected and the website communication is opaque, especially the room photos. Breakfast seemed a bit thin, the coffee was bad, and they didn’t cater to people with intolerances; a lactose‑free slice of cake would have mattered. A real shame given the price.
