The place sits in a quiet back alley, yet it’s still super convenient and low in the town; the apartment itself is great, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. I wish there were a microwave or something to heat food and a bottle/wine opener.

The room was beautiful and the location was great. Getting into the city requires paying for parking—35 euros a day—and then walking with luggage, or always parking in La Spezia and taking the train, which is a bit inconvenient.
