The bed felt comfy and the breakfast was pretty good, but the front desk was fine at check‑in and awful at check‑out because they wouldn’t hand me a receipt since I didn’t book through them.

I could park without a hassle, and a grocery store and coffee shop are right next door. The spa was decent, but the jets are only useful if you want water sprayed on you. The showers were lousy, barely warm and low pressure. I used a UV light on the bed sheets and spotted a big stain on one sheet that hadn’t been washed out but was still used. The bathtub had a pool of water near the drain, probably from years of use. Breakfast was a mess; I’d rather have gone to McDonald’s down the road. The staff didn’t look professional at all, which is disappointing for a small desert town. The pre‑check‑in was a waste of time because you have to repeat everything at the front desk.
