“Comfortable stay”
The stay was very comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
Access to Stratford facilities was convenient. The air‑conditioning works, but it’s quite noisy if left on at night.

I loved the location, the vibe, and how clean everything was, but I was really let down by the absence of smart TVs and the inability to mirror my phone to the screen; on top of that, after a long day of travel, a staff member was checking me in when another guest shouted at the same staff and the employee started serving him instead of finishing my check‑in.

The location was great for the Olympic park and Westfield shopping centre. The rooms were nice, modern and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The price was high, though. The corridor outside the room and the room itself were very cold, and even when I turned up the air‑con temperature, the room didn’t warm up much.
The spot is spot‑on, but the room manager’s attitude is downright awful.
