OYO Hotel Marías,Aeropuerto Internacional de Chetumal

Real customer service they never open to me despite I notified my arrival time. Horrible as they never open the door despite I was knocking several times between 22:30 and 2245 hours. I had to go to another hotel called City Express in chetumal so I want a refund as I never could stay in this hotel. Once there and after several trial knocking,I tried to reach by msgs and by phone marked in booking nevertheless never answered. In in the messages sent by booking you can find that I informed that I would arrived between 23 hoursand midnight last night but they never answered me. So that is why I want a refund because I arrive and I was never attended by them The customer service is a rubbish

“NO RESERVEN EN BOOKING ES UNA ESTAFA”

Nothing! I didn’t even use the hotel because it was closed, it’s a scam. DO NOT RESERVE WITH BOOKING, THE HOTEL IS CLOSED, NO REFUND, THEY HANG UP ON YOU, AND THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE. REALLY DON’T RESERVE THERE! I didn’t like that it was a scam, a robbery! They let us book a closed hotel, charged us, won’t refund, the customer service is awful, they hang up, don’t give alternatives, and they’re rude!

The hotel doesn't exist, it's been abandoned for months and I know it. They don't show a face; the Oyo María hotel hides behind those who help promote it.
