Our stay at this hotel was comfortable, thanks to the exceptional staff who went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. Although the neighborhood wasn't ideal, the hotel's proximity to a subway stop made up for it. The staff's use of translation apps helped bridge the language gap, and their willingness to provide a mini fridge for our room was a thoughtful touch.
