The place is in an amazing spot, clean, and the breakfast is great, plus the staff are friendly. The sound insulation, however, is not up to par.

“Really Value for money”

Breakfast is amazing with a wide variety, and the hotel is just a five‑minute walk from the airport shuttle bus, right in the center of everything, within walking distance of all attractions and directly at the tram station. The air‑con in the room is old and noisy, so I couldn’t use it while sleeping, and the veranda door was broken, preventing it from closing fully to block nighttime street noise.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot, with metro and tram stops within a step. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the restaurant view from the ninth floor is stunning. All staff are responsive and friendly, especially Mussa and Farkam at reception, who deserve special thanks. I recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel’s location—it’s right in the center with plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Everyone on staff was polite, respectful, and helpful, from the reception team—Mousa, Ibrahim, and Ramazan—plus Mourad. The breakfast crew were also very friendly, respectful, and helpful, especially Sema Chef, Layla, and Anna Valentina. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Istanbul. Check‑in was fast and smooth, and they kindly accommodated our early arrival.
