“Enough stay for a night”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was dirty, had a cigarette smell, the floor was cracked, and it was very dusty.

Safety was the main highlight.

The location is convenient and easy to get around, though it gets a bit noisy at night.

The spot is convenient for both cars and motorbikes, but when we arrived the door to room 409 wouldn’t open, so staff moved us to 408 where we saw a handful of cockroaches crawling out of a floor crack and a burnt mark on the carpet; the air‑conditioner barely worked, forcing us to use a fan, and after switching back to 409 the bugs were gone. The staff were unfriendly, offering no apology when we complained about the insects or the faulty AC, and they never replied to our messages about the Wi‑Fi password on either the booking app or Zalo; when we finally asked at the front desk the employee asked “When did you message?” but still gave no answer. Also, the towel provided was shredded yet still used.
