“Very appreciative of your efforts. Thank you.”
This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a really long time, and the housekeeping staff deserve thanks; I can’t think of anything negative.

The coffee was good and the staff were cordial, but the chairs in the room were only so-so in terms of comfort.
