The hotel lived up to my expectations and the staff were helpful, but as a senior who struggles with mobility, the fact that the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator forced me to haul my bags up the stairs. The place was clean and the breakfast matched the price range, yet the absence of an elevator is a major issue. The website didn't mention it when I booked, and most guests assume a hotel will have an elevator just like air conditioning, so that detail should be highlighted for future travelers.

William was a sweetheart—he supplied all the checkout details, breakfast info, and nearby restaurant suggestions, and his friendly banter made everyone in the lobby feel welcome. No complaints.
