The location was perfect, and access to the pool, sauna, and hamam was great. One of the day‑shift staff was terrible—no smile, no welcome, and he shouldn’t be employed. The other staff member was sweet and friendly.

The hotel is fully city‑centered and remarkably quiet. Rooms were tidy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was a bit limited.

I only stayed one night, but the room was large, clean, had a solid Wi‑Fi signal, and the spot was great. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, not every staff member spoke good English, and the rooms clearly need renovation—there was mold in the shower and the fixtures looked worn. Breakfast was fine but nowhere near a 4‑star standard.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the gym was only open until 1 pm, which was quite late for my liking. I was expecting a more comprehensive fitness center.

The only redeeming quality of the hotel was its excellent location. Unfortunately, the room was not clean, and the toilet was almost unbearable due to its damp and musty smell.
