The location is good, but this room doesn’t match the rest of the hotel; it’s not renovated, the outlets are old style, and the bathroom has poor lighting.

Everything was spotless and organized, and the location was the biggest plus for my meeting—quiet neighborhood and the hotel staff welcomed me warmly. I have nothing to complain about!

The spot and surrounding facilities were good, but the apartment needed renovation, had few outlets and the standard 3-pin sockets were missing, and the mattress was heavily worn.

“Péssimo! Não vale a pena a risco. Se der problema, o problema é só seu.”

Nothing good. I arrived, checked in, and found another person already in the room. I reached out to booking and the host, Denise, but nobody resolved it; they said it was an overbooking issue. Worse, the call center told me to cancel and sent an email that never got answered. If it had depended on booking or Denise, I would have slept on the street. The service was terrible—worth no time.
