The place is in a great spot, but the furniture feels overpriced for what you actually get.

Located steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, The Biltmore Al Madinah offers elegantly decorated rooms with city or mosque views, some featuring gold‑plated bathroom fittings and separate dining areas. Amenities include a fully equipped gym, a spa with sole therapy, and a retail arcade. Dining highlights the Oriental‑styled Moghul Room, Japanese Kyoto Restaurant, and elite‑focused Tea House.

Everything was fine except the pillows on the bed, which are child‑size and not at all comfortable.

The location, breakfast, rooms, and service are all solid, but the prices are inflated, especially at the café and for room‑service tea and coffee.

The ambience is pleasant, the rooms clean, and the staff friendly, yet the prayer‑entrance gates for men and women are far away, and at this price point the hotel should provide a golf cart to help guests navigate the Haram.

Only the rooms were nice and spacious, and the fruit basket was wonderful, but the front desk messed up my booking and payments, the security guard was rude and racist, the restaurant table setup was substandard with missing knives and glasses, and the cleaner reused the same towel to wipe a table, then crumbs on the floor, then another table.
