“Molto scarso. Rapporto qualità prezzo non buono”
The bed was quite comfortable and the hotel sits right next to the Lavapies metro station, close to Madrid’s main museums which you can reach on foot in a pleasant walk of a kilometer or less. The room was small, in an old, poorly maintained apartment with antique furniture, a portable air‑con, and windows from the 1960s. It shared a kitchen with the rest of the building and the area is a somewhat degraded part of Lavapies, where many foreigners live. Check‑in was only online, no one was there to greet us, the access procedures were confusing, and the instructions they sent were supposedly clear but weren’t. We struggled to get into the room, though they did provide online assistance.
