Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The indoor playground’s childcare is very pleasant; the lady runs it warmly and our kids always enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and solution‑oriented. Everything feels a bit dated and renovation work is looming. We had to change rooms three times because of a construction site and poor air quality; the third room, a villa with its own pool, was then very pleasant.

A great spot for children, earning a perfect 10/10.

Everything was practically perfect—great value for money, wonderful for small children, super strong Wi‑Fi, and an incredible location. The only downside was that the food wasn’t that good.

The staff were great for both kids and adults, but the beds felt hard.
