The room, location, and breakfast were great, but the window lacked a fly screen.

We booked a room with garden view, yet received a street‑side room in a residential area, which we complained about but no other rooms were available; a Junior Suite was offered for an extra fee. I requested an early check‑in before 15:00, but received no response, and when we arrived at 14:30 we had to wait 30 minutes for the room.

The location was quiet, the breakfast good, and the coffee machine worked well, but there was no fridge in the minibar, the bottled water was lukewarm, there was no air‑conditioning, and staff spoke mainly English with limited German, which was not very customer‑friendly.
