The common areas look nice. Having a digital check in process was nice, helpful, and easy. We stayed for 3 nights. The sheets had stains. I was able to request a new bedsheet, but when I asked for two extra pillows I was told there were not any extras. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were bugs/gnats in the sink every time the water was turned on. I told the front desk and I tried to pour hot water down the drain. The internet signal was very weak during our entire stay
The staff were polite and extremely helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable, though the breakfast was just adequate and nothing special.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The staff communicated amazingly after our flights were delayed, the check‑in was easy, and the property offered fun facilities.
