The owner was very helpful and available. The place has a cozy vibe you can feel. It would be better if each room had some plates so you wouldn’t have to go to the shared kitchen every time.

The accommodation was very satisfactory: a spacious room, friendly host, and convenient check‑in. There was a parking spot (though luckier people might find more). The shared kitchen was nice, and I liked that there was a coffee maker. The bed was amazing—large, comfortable mattress, very cozy to sleep on. The parking claim was misleading; there’s no space in the courtyard—cars park along the street, and if no spot is available you have to park on the main road uphill, making it hard to keep an eye on your car. The ocean view (as shown in the photos) is only from the shared balcony, where there’s no place to sit (though there is a terrace with a table so you can avoid eating in the kitchen, just no view). The linens could be improved—the sheets aren’t very light, the towels are stiff and have an unpleasant smell. Hot water is available, but it takes about 5 minutes to start; the shower cabin needs repair.

I loved how the place was laid out and the friendly vibe; the gaps between rooms were nicely spaced and the shared kitchen had a certain charm. But the bed's mattress was extremely worn and uncomfortable, and the kitchen in the accommodation was unusable because the stove had no gas.
