“It was good”
I liked the room, but when breakfast was served I couldn't get water because the staff said it would cost extra, even though I only wanted water to go with my pancakes. The whole situation felt odd.

The staff were very helpful.

The facilities are in good condition, the rooms feel spacious, well‑ventilated and well‑lit. The older lady at breakfast is extremely friendly and pleasant. The cost‑to‑quality ratio is good. The location isn’t far from the city center—about a 20‑minute walk—and taking the airport bus with heat and luggage can be tiring. Breakfast options are limited. It’s a bit strange that when I watched Netflix on the screen the voices are low and the music is loud, though I’m not sure if that’s a device issue or a streaming problem.

The suite was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a large living area that includes a kitchen. Breakfast was excellent. The pool could have been cleaner.

All the staff were excellent—friendly, warm, and always ready to help. I would just add a hair dryer in the room.
