The price was the best for that weekend; the room and facilities were rustic yet clean and comfortable, with a good‑size mini‑fridge, microwave, coffee maker, decent TV, and solid AC. The only downside was the lack of an ice machine—my roommate asked and was told it was out of service that weekend.

Finding the property was a breeze, and it’s within walking distance of downtown—no other comments.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great spot. The colored lights on the awning are a nice touch.

I booked online and it was easy. I arrived the staff was very friendly,helpful and engaged in conversation with me. The lady was training someone and she explained very well the rules of the stay. We loved how clean the rooms were and did not smell like smoke like other places we have been. The parking lot was quiet and clean. The room was stocked with big and enough towels for us. The air unit didnt completely cool until after midnight but Texas heat is no joke. We showered to stay fresh. Also the shampoo bottle was empty. And there was only 1 roll of paper on the spring usually there is an extra. Glad we had enough for us 4. Small things that wont change my mind about the hotel being a good stay. Definitely booking next year when we come back to compete with the band
