Hotel Magic Tree Karol Bagh Metro Station New Delhi

I had a huge double room and bathroom with plenty of hot water and a large shower. The room heater was great for the cold January weather. Staff were very helpful with SIM cards and local info. The area felt a bit crowded for a solo female traveller, but once I met others it was fine.

“Good hotel that was recommended by my tour provider.”

The food on the street level and in the restaurant was great, and room‑service food was surprisingly good value; the portions were generous for a single serving. Some things could have been better, but they weren’t the hotel’s responsibility.

“Very basic stay but serves the purpose”

The staff were very friendly and helped us figure out who to talk to and what to trust in the area. The terrace is a nice spot for breakfast, and there are plenty of small shops nearby for drinks or snacks; they accept credit cards. We booked a room for three people, but it only had two beds, so we had to request a cot, which was extremely difficult, and the room had no window.

“Hotel did not meet any expectations, the overall experience was terrible.”

The hotel’s ambience and infrastructure are good, but the staff—particularly the receptionist Sanjay Sharma—were unacceptable and abusive toward customers. He doesn’t know how to treat guests, and the management should fire him or the hotel’s reputation will suffer.

“The best budget hotel in Karol Bagh New Delhi”

The hotel was amazing and the staff were excellent and very kind, especially Mr Gautam the manager and Mr Mukesh the waiter; their service was wonderful. The location was great and I was happy with my stay—thanks again for the wonderful experience.
