My recent 3-day getaway to Cairo and Giza was fantastic, and this hotel played a huge role in making it so. The location is prime for visiting major attractions like the Pyramids and the Great Egyptian Museum, and the hotel's staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I especially want to thank Ms. Donia for her kindness and attention to detail. However, the rooms could use some maintenance to bring them up to par.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. The only redeeming quality was the rooftop view of the pyramids, which was impressive. However, the hotel's lack of cleanliness and organization was staggering. Our room was never properly cleaned or maintained during our 5-day stay, despite our complaints. The bathroom was a disaster, with a broken shower handle that was only fixed after we pointed it out. The floors were so dirty that we couldn't walk on them barefoot.

The hotel's rooftop view in the morning was truly breathtaking, but I was disappointed to find that guests have to carry their luggage up to the reception office on the second floor themselves, which was a bit inconvenient.
