Easy Porto Hotel

The location was great, but the bathroom lacked a soap and shampoo holder and constantly smelled of sewage. The kitchen had no basic utensils—there was no fork or knife. Breakfast could have been acceptable for the price, but if you arrive at 7:00 am you get all the options; by 8:00 am most are gone, tables aren’t cleared, and the tapioca is raw. We arrived at 8:00 am and there was no coffee, milk, cheese, or fruit; we only ate a raw tapioca, a dry cake, and a leftover fruit salad. I will never return.

Everything was comfortable and clean, but I had to ask the reception to do the cleaning.

The location, cleanliness, hygiene, and staff friendliness were all great. The room on the floor overlooking the avenue was wonderful, but I suggest adding frosted film to the windows/doors because the light—both day and night—penetrates the room even with the blinds, making guests wake up early. That was our experience during our stay, but overall I loved everything and plan to return, preferably in the same room/suite, despite this suggestion.

Excellent service and availability. I would only suggest having an air‑conditioning unit in each room.

“Que quarto maravilhoso”

The room size, breakfast, and staff courtesy were all good. It is a bit far from the city center.
