I was left stranded when I couldn’t re-enter my room after dinner; the front desk never answered my calls, and the two phone numbers on the wall led to a branch that claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. It was around 9 pm, not that late, yet no one helped. I tried WhatsApp, got no reply, and the staff only responded at 6 am the next day with a snide “You’re already checked in, right?” Their attitude was indifferent and the issue was serious—I couldn’t sleep because I couldn’t get into my room.

“The best ever, value for money”

The owner was very helpful and responsive, and the staff answered messages quickly even late at night, making our stay great. The back street of the homestay was noisy all night until 4 am because of an event, which disturbed our sleep, but otherwise the property was fine. We wish the team all the best. Cheers! Chakx

“Bad”

Everything was terrible. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, so it was scorching hot. The room smelled like cooking from the restaurant behind, and the toilet was dirty. I’m pregnant and asked to change rooms, but it was already full. I couldn’t stand it, so I checked out after two hours and went to another hotel. I asked for a partial refund, but they ignored me. Bad service—don’t come if you can’t handle the Chinese food smell.
