As this was an automatic entry to the rooms, the link didn't arrive to my email address. The number given by is not reachable. The message has no answer. After much checking and 1 hour I managed to get the number to call. Even After confronting the CS person, she insists the number given is callable. Anyway, it was an experience which I feel can be avoidable with at least some human contactable
