Location was excellent. The sauna was a pleasure and the shower luxurious. The staff were helpful, friendly, and seemed genuinely eager to assist us. Security was given great consideration. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. Staff availability was somewhat erratic. The modern luxury of the accommodations did not transition well with the entrance and elevator, making it somewhat chaotic to get a typical western breakfast. There are no coffee refills and plain eggs seem to baffle the locals.
