“It was ok. Charging for parking was petty.”

The spot was handy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. However, there were no vending machines on the premises, and I had to squeeze between the bathroom door and the toilet just to get inside.

The TV was dead and stayed that way even after maintenance claimed it was fixed. There was no free coffee in the lobby, and parking in the large outdoor lot required a fee.

The lake and the surrounding natural scenery, especially the fountains, were the only highlights. The food’s cleanliness and overall service left a lot to be desired, and it seemed maintenance was irregular. The elevator and its waiting area were not air‑conditioned. The breakfast buffet was dirty, with stained chairs that were embarrassingly spotted. The shower faucet malfunctioned, and several outlets and lights in the room were non‑functional. Based on this experience, I cannot justify a 5‑star rating for this hotel.

“Marginal hotel with a higher price. Expect more from a Hilton.”

The breakfast offered only eggs and potatoes that were barely warm, and there was no non‑pork meat option. There was just one toaster, and the buffet resembled what you’d find at a cheaper hotel.
