The cleaning, scent, and heating were good. However, breakfast came without mugs—only disposable cups (horrible!). At 4 am there was a lot of noise from staff talking about a handicap, and people kept entering and leaving, opening doors and preventing us from sleeping peacefully.

ubicación. Habitación muy pequeña. Oscura, sin vista. Desayuno extremadamente básico y en utensillos de plástico cubiertos y vasos. La reserva fue hecha por US 68.40 y el Hotel me cobró US101 ante mi reclamo me dijo que era por reservar por Booking siendo que en mostrador el precio local decía Pesos $ 85.000 que equivale a US 55.- Una verdadera estafa sufrí. La atención en la recepción muy antipática y para nada atendió mis reclamos con la reserva de Bookin en mano. espero que Booking tome medidas con el Hotel y con mi sobre pago

The location was good and the pool was fine, but there were no pool accessories, lounge chairs, or umbrellas. Breakfast refills were slow and the staff seemed focused only on administrative tasks, like check‑in. I would have preferred breakfast served in front of the pool and a warmer welcome.
