It feels like a cozy, quiet spot surrounded by beautiful nature, and the connection to many popular sights is great. The apartments are spacious enough for a family of four, with plenty of nice dishes and a large balcony—almost like staying at grandma’s countryside home. The cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially the range hood and other corners. Mosquito nets are urgently needed; we all ended up with bites. The water pressure is very weak, especially in the shower. Still, thanks a lot. It was a shame to leave.
“Nice rooms and quiet location, but aggressive management ruins the stay”
The rooms were nice and the location quiet with a lovely view, though the parking area blocks part of it. The property seemed peaceful, but the management made the stay uncomfortable. Hospitality was severely lacking: when we arrived late and hungry, we were only given two small portions of nuts. Right after check‑in, the manager entered a double room booked for a single guest to remove an extra pillow and towel. When I rearranged items to fit my yoga mat, the manager confronted me aggressively, demanding I put everything back because it was “his place.” The environment feels overly micromanaged and tense. I won’t return.
I would keep coming back here again and again! The location is gorgeous and the hotel itself is stunning, absolutely thrilling.
“Perfecto”
The location is clean, spacious, friendly, and the terrace offers great views. Fantastic. To improve: a broom and a sponge in the kitchen, gel and shampoo. Otherwise it had everything. No microwave. Payment is by cash, even though it’s mentioned on Booking.
“Perfect alpine getaway.”
The property is very modern with an Italian flair, located close to Alpe di Siusi. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy. The owners were super nice and helpful. There was nothing we disliked about the place.
