The location and facilities were solid; we stayed in the family room next to the pool, which the kids loved. The staff were very helpful and kind, and the motorbike and car collection was impressive. I didn’t realize it was a Muslim‑oriented hotel, which isn’t a problem for me or my kids but could be challenging for unmarried couples; worth mentioning for non‑Muslims.

The staff’s friendliness and helpfulness stood out, and the breakfast was excellent and extensive. The a‑la‑carte dinner restaurant didn’t live up to the breakfast experience.

Breakfast banyak pilihan dengan menu nusantara dan banyak pilihan menu juga untuk anak2. Fasilitas bermain anak juga sangat lengkap. Kami menginap di kamar tipe joglo dan wow sangat besar. Ketika harus meninggalkan anak-anak juga tidak khawatir. Staf sangat membantu. Titip pesan ke resespsionis untuk diinfo ketika pesanan makanan tiba, tapi ternyata malah langsung diantarkan ke kamar. Sebaiknya kunci kamar untuk tipe pendopo diganti dengan keyless/kartu. Air panas di kamar mandi juga cepat habis

The services, food, room size, and facilities were all good. Nothing to complain about, just that the hotel is always fully booked.
