Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel room was very clean, tidy and comfortable; the bed was very cozy, the atmosphere was calm, and the room had complete facilities. The toilet was also clean and well‑maintained. I was very satisfied with the stay. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely come back! 👍✨

The room, cleanliness, location, value for money, and the staff who were very friendly near the East Coast Mall made this a perfect choice; we’ll definitely return the next time we visit Kuantan.

The facilities and staff are very bad. There was a smoke smell in the room, a dirty toilet, and they charged a deposit of Rm50 and didn’t return it. I will never stay here again.
