We had a really pleasant stay! The property is welcoming, clean, and carefully maintained to the smallest detail. The location is great and allows you to reach the main points of interest. Flavia, the owner, was kind, helpful and attentive to every need. A completely positive experience that we recommend to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality.

“Struttura ricettiva non gradita.!”

I was really disappointed by the room: it looked clean at first glance, but when we unpacked we found dust on the furniture, stains on the floor, and hair in the bathroom, so we asked for a re‑clean. During dinner the tablecloth was heavily soiled and unusable. The kitchen was only decorative; you can’t cook there, so you’re forced to eat out or buy food elsewhere. The bathroom lacked toiletries, and we were told to bring our own, even though the contract says they should be provided free of charge. Other issues included cigarette butts on the balcony (we don’t smoke), a double mattress with big lumps that made it uncomfortable, and the cleaning lady was unfriendly. I never saw the owner, even at check‑in. Naples is beautiful, but if we ever return we will definitely avoid MezzoCannone. Best regards!

Central spot, perfect for walking to the historic center. The room was kept clean and tidy.

Location: Right in the city center, which is literally the only good thing about this place. Room standard and cleanliness: The rooms are only suitable for very low‑maintenance guests. The bedsheets looked like they hadn't been changed after the previous guests – I actually found a used wet wipe inside my bed. I was so disgusted that I had to sleep on my own towel. Host's behavior: For the entire three days of our stay, the owner constantly harassed me with WhatsApp messages about the tourist tax. In other places in Italy, you simply leave the cash in the room upon check‑out, but here the pressure was unbearable. Lack of privacy: The owner kept sending her assistant into our room while we were out just to check if we had left the money yet, all while continuously spamming me with messages. We were so relieved to leave this place. We moved on to Dubrovnik, where we could finally relax properly. Highly do not recommend.
