The host was very friendly, the room was nice and the place was good. Towels and linen were clean. The balcony is nice. The kitchen is available for self‑cooking and the fridge is in the kitchen. The shower was not very useful: the water was on the full floor. The door lock was a bit broken and there was no soundproofing at all.

The only good thing was the view. On the same day we had a two‑night reservation for two double rooms, a hotel staff member named Qristina messaged us on WhatsApp and told us she was very sorry but we no longer had a room that night. She said the Booking reservation appeared today and they had no rooms, while we had a confirmation message from them and the booking app. After a long WhatsApp chat (she never bothered to call us) and without offering any alternative, she said we could get a triple room (after a whole day of uncertainty in the remote mountains of Georgia). Since we had no other option, we accepted the triple room. After staying two nights, a hotel staff member who does not speak English handled the checkout and told us the triple room cost almost the same as the two doubles we had originally booked. We asked her to charge us only half of the original price and not the triple room price (which we had no choice but to accept), but there was no option. It is unacceptable that the hotel tried to cancel us on the day of the reservation, aside from the room price; it is very unpleasant for a customer who has no other place to sleep (especially in the middle of the mountain).

They wanted us to cancel the reservation the day before departure because they said there was no water, but they did not want to cancel from their side.

Probably the most convenient location in Mestia: 5 min walk to the Hatsvali lift, 7 min to the centre. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owners were helpful, with great water pressure. It was also very quiet! It would be nice to have a night light, not just general lighting in the room.

Nice location. Breakfast was an extra charge but very tasty. Rooms were equipped with everything needed. Dining room, kitchen were supplied. There was a place for equipment. There was no internet for 3 days, which was annoying enough that we had to check‑in and use a nearby museum.
