“Great value and rooftop viewing area.”

The staff were friendly, the location had everything in Sunset Town, and we could use the open rooftop patio to watch shows and fireworks. The listing said there would be a balcony, but the staff moved us to a larger room with more windows to try to fix that; the rooftop viewing area made up for the missing balcony! 😁

“Comfy place for a comfy stay”

Most spots around Sunset town were easy to reach and the rooms were clean. The access card kept failing and I had to tap it over and over to unlock.

I was initially drawn to this hotel because of the information on the booking site stating that the cost of stay included tickets to the cable car. However, it turned out that the tickets were not included, which was a huge letdown. The towels were also extremely thin and uncomfortable, and I was shocked by the number of ants crawling around the room. The window was tiny and high up, and I couldn't even see out of it, despite being told that it offered a city view.

“Khá tệ”

The location of this hotel was great, but unfortunately, it was let down by a number of issues with the facilities. The hot water didn't work, the hair dryer was broken, the bedside light was faulty, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. The toilet design was also not ideal, and I had some trouble with it during my stay.
