No parking, a strong mold smell, no coffee cups, a dirty refrigerator, cold air, and a bathtub whose water alternates between hot and cold—yet for the price I can't complain.
The owner or landlord was very friendly and accommodating, the kids had a great time, and the people who run it are truly kindhearted—nothing to say about the price‑performance: four days for 275 euros with end‑cleaning are perfectly fine; I was there just to sleep with the kids, so thanks again for the stay. Best wishes from Aachen. The shower was inconsistent, the instant‑hot water sometimes cold, sometimes hot, but otherwise everything was fine.

Nothing at all! The furnishings, cleanliness, equipment, and smell were terrible. The apartment feels like a construction site and needs renovation.
