The hotel was convenient and comfortable, and I had no complaints.

The room was great, with a jacuzzi and swans on the bed; everything we needed was there and the staff was very friendly, and I appreciated having to use a key to enter each area, which made me feel secure. A few people outside the building seemed a bit sketchy, but the staff ensured everything stayed safe.

Everything was excellent, and the staff was absolutely amazing to deal with. The only issue was that the coffee pot was in the wrong spot; otherwise, it was awesome.

The location was superb, close to all amenities, and the hotel’s atmosphere was pleasant with friendly, helpful staff; my room was lovely and comfortable, giving me the best sleep in ages, though the pool wasn’t ideal for children.
