This is my fourth stay and it remains one of my favorite places in Fukuoka. The breakfast is great! The patio and stylish rooms are a plus. I love the snacks and beverages. It’s close to the station and the staff are very nice.

The place was amazing!!!! The staff were very helpful. Good people. I received a lot of gifts in my room and the minibar items were free, which is always a plus. The hotel is in a great location and you can walk to all kinds of central places. Everything was excellent.

A fantastic hotel concept—an oasis right in the heart of the city. I’ve been coming to Fukuoka for years, and this was the best hotel yet!

The room was packed with amenities, spotlessly clean, and the minibar was fully stocked for free snacks. It was pleasantly quiet. The whirlpool/jacuzzi can be booked once a day for 90 minutes, giving you private use, and there’s also a sauna. The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful, and courteous. My criticisms are very personal and I think many will find the hotel excellent overall. Generally, there are no complaints. On a personal note, I didn’t like the intended lighting scheme at all; the hotel and my room felt very dark, especially the bathroom where better lighting would have helped. The balconies are positioned so they don’t offer privacy, both from the view into the room and from the room itself. Communicating with staff was sometimes difficult because most don’t speak English. The distance to the train station was a bit far for me, though it was correctly listed. As stated, there is no pool; the “pool” shown in pictures is just a shallow water feature for aesthetics. I found the hotel a bit too expensive.

It’s really close to the railway station and quiet too—you don’t hear any street noise or trains. The staff are great, helpful, and eager to assist you in any way they can.
