The desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Room hot and smelly upon arrival, tv didn't work, tub had hole in it and shower knob was filthy, ceing tile falling in , chipping paint in unit and door to unit unwelcoming. See above
“A decent stay for a cheaper grade hotel.”
We weren’t bothered and had plenty of privacy. The staff was friendly enough and willing to help and answer any questions. Very understanding and helpful when we had problems with booking and understanding when we brought our pet. We found a couple dirty spots in our room ie hair in the tub, dirt and stuff on the carpet and bathroom floors, and our roof tiles were caving in a bit. None of it really bothered us because we didn’t stay long in the room except to sleep but I did want to bring attention to it
The staff accommodated our request for a ground floor room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only three choices for breakfast.pancakes, cereal and oatmeal
Coffee was good,breakfast wasn’t much but I didn’t expect much
