The internal atmosphere is very friendly, reliable, and comfortable; the facilities are very cozy in every way, and the photos of the place are accurate—definitely would stay again. No negative comments.

The water temperature is good, and the pools are filled and emptied daily. The pillows are horrible, and I found a bug in my bed. On Friday there was an aquaaerobics class for seniors nearby and we weren’t allowed to use the pool for more than two hours; a prior notice would have helped. The stay is at the ranch club house, and in front is a nursing home—nice to see those friendly people nearby, which makes the stay pleasant, but it’s something you should know before booking. On the last day, the food made us sick.

The peace and friendliness are great. They definitely need to replace mattresses and pillows.

I loved the super hot and clean pool. My bed was very hard and the pillows were very flat.
