The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby bars and clubs was a major issue, and I could hear the thumping music until the early hours of the morning. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy, even if it was a bit on the small side. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the noise was a real problem.

The hotel's location is great, but the lack of a lift and steep staircase makes it a real challenge for seniors. The room's lighting is also pretty poor, making it difficult to read or do anything that requires some level of brightness. On the other hand, the staff were helpful and the room itself was spotless, so it's not all bad. However, the absence of a lift is a major drawback that really needs to be addressed.

Location and complimentary breakfast at banana leaf. Bathroom tiles not deep cleaned and foul smell was emanating. Room allocated did not have any kind of ventilation. Lighting very very poor. Very suffocating it was. This is a vintage property and cleanliness is required

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially since I'd heard great things about their south Indian cuisine. Unfortunately, the property itself was a bit of a letdown - it's definitely in need of a renovation. The rooms were pretty basic, and the facilities could be improved. Climbing the stairs was a challenge, especially for seniors, so it would be great if they could install a lift ASAP. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, and the food was definitely a highlight.

The hotel's location was pretty convenient, but the constant noise from the nearby highway was a major bummer. On the bright side, the breakfast spread was seriously impressive - they had all sorts of options, from eggs to pastries to fresh fruits. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. Unfortunately, the room was a bit on the small side, but it was spotless and had everything I needed.
