A lovely guest house with beautiful scenery, a well‑kept garden, and real plants in every room. The shared kitchen is clean, homely, and the bedroom has a comfortable bed and heavy shutters that block light. The station is a six‑minute walk from Venice and other sights. Boomerang restaurant is a short walk away and the food is excellent. Marco replied promptly to messages and answered questions quickly. The plants attract bugs, so insect repellent is a must. The walls are thin, so noise from other guests disturbed my sleep on several nights even with earplugs; I had a race on Sunday so I booked elsewhere to guarantee a good night’s rest. If you’re lucky enough to stay when guests are respectful—closing doors gently, not laughing or shouting late, and not making noise during intimate moments—you’ll be fine. I’d recommend asking for a ground‑floor room for a better experience.

A very beautiful accommodation; the rooms, shared kitchen, and the lovely outdoor area with many plants are all excellent. Check‑in was simple with a key box.

The place is great, the train station to Venice is five minutes on foot, trains run regularly, rooms are clean, the kitchen is spacious, the garden is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The area is peaceful. Highly recommended!
