The location was good, but the staff booked our superior room as a family room with two pull‑out extra beds and insisted it was an upgrade, which we disagreed with. They should have said, “We made a mistake and can offer a comparable room; here’s a glass of wine at the bar as compensation,” or something similar. The room felt a bit chilly, but we could adjust the temperature. The shower door couldn’t close, so anyone trying to get dressed in front of the mirror while someone else showered would get wet. The makeup mirror was loose and didn’t work well. Charging options in the garage were fine. Breakfast was fine, and the restaurant seemed good. We’ll choose a different hotel next time.
