The room was spacious and clean. It was difficult to reach the property, which is tucked away in the countryside with no road signs or any phone number to call. When we arrived, everything was dark and deserted.

Set in the countryside and cool, the hotel felt old. We found ants in the room, but that’s understandable given the open countryside. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, and they told us we could change rooms if we wanted, but we didn’t because the night temperature cooled anyway. Upon arrival we didn’t find a water bottle, and being with company that wasn’t ideal. The bedding and bathroom linen were all clean, but the sofa in the room was stained. The lady was very courteous; in the morning we asked for coffee and she didn’t hesitate to accommodate us.

The setting inside the Apulian countryside is nice, yet we found trash from previous guests in the bin and only half a roll of toilet paper for three people in the bathroom.

Very nice and quiet, although the beach is 8 km away, which isn’t a problem if you have a car.
