Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The property is brand new, and the choice of equipment and materials was made with great care; the rooms and the restaurant are perfect and very pleasant to use. The bed is gigantic (probably 180) and the room size is rarely seen for a hotel of this category. A large TV with Netflix, fast Wi‑Fi, and underground parking are available. The staff are very pleasant, and the value for money is truly excellent. Nothing to complain about!

The staff were very engaging and helpful, and both the restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing, but they still do not accept card payments, though it is supposedly being worked on and should be available soon.

The hotel is not in a central location, but we chose it deliberately so it wasn’t an issue. There is a large covered parking lot, which was great, and an electric car charging station is available. The room has high ceilings, feels spacious, and is very stylishly decorated; the bathroom is the best I’ve seen so far. The room was spotless. There were some works along the way to the facility. The price is really good, the best price‑performance ratio I’ve seen. However, like in all of Albania, credit cards are not accepted; you must pay in cash. They also refuse to accept small metal coins when paying in euros. I couldn’t fully understand the euro/LEK conversion section, but it’s a situation I’ve encountered throughout the country. It’s not a hotel‑specific issue.
