The rooms are spacious with a large balcony, giving a comfortable feel; the breakfast offered a wide selection and I enjoyed it, and the wellness area was lovely, with drinks and nuts available—great for relaxation. However, some spots had spider webs hanging, which is unacceptable for a star hotel, and during breakfast tables were assigned by room number; we missed a table twice, usually because the staff was at fault, and a free table was then assigned on the spot. The mattress was already heavily worn.

I was welcomed with a very friendly reception and the staff overall was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very nice and the small wellness area is great.
